First injury of the season is keeping me from running. Its just a little ankle sprain. I should be up and running after 3-4 days of break. I also tried a experimental inflammation treatment for the heck of it. I found it funny that DR sells Espom salt in milk cartoons.
I did have to do a 7mi run with shoes due to this injury just to be safe. I may use shoes for few more runs before going back to barefoot training.
