Another 7.75mi added

Mile count for the week is at 22mi ahead of first LONG run of 8-12mi. No injuries etc so first week of training is starting pretty good. Today's run was fastish at sub10min/mi pace. Also I discovered a grassy route down the Harlem hill. It was so nice that I peaked at 7min/mi pace at the bottom. Also it started raining during the run lightly increasing abrasion but its nothing that won't get fixed in a day.
