Cool Pictures of a recent Elite Barefoot runner Zola Budd

I saw these picture at http://www.sydneysportsmed.com.au/docs/caleb_article01.pdf. Very nice pictures. It looks like she is almost flying.

The article is also a pretty scientific and objective analysis of barefoot running vs running in shoes and worth a read. Now why doesn't it surprise me that it was published in an Australian Journal?

Bringing shoes inside house and not washing them for months in row makes a person more immune to infections due to exposure to germs brought in by shoes.
Running in shoes during rain is like a videogame of avoiding water puddles to avoid blisters. Barefoot runners miss out on this navigation skill by running straight through them,
